The certificate is awarded by the The Federal Quality Association for Assembly Construction and Prefabricated Houses (Bundes-Gütegemeinschaft Montagebau und Fertighäuser e.V.) on the basis of its monitoring report at hand, and is officially recognized by the RAL German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification (RAL Deutsches Institut für Gütesicherung und Kennzeichnung e.V.).
