A new space for young talent, teamwork, and the people behind the game.

STAMEN Modules has successfully delivered a two-storey modular building for SV Darmstadt 98, supporting the club’s Nachwuchsleistungszentrum (NLZ) — its youth development and training center in Darmstadt, Germany.

Designed to accommodate both the athletic and administrative functions of the training center, the building brings together essential facilities within one integrated modular structure.

Ground Floor | Player Facilities

Dedicated changing rooms and fully equipped sanitary modules, including toilets and showers, provide practical, comfortable facilities for players throughout their daily training routines.

First Floor | Club Management

Modern office spaces and a meeting room create a functional working environment for club management, supporting coordination, planning, and day-to-day operations.

The project demonstrates how modular construction can respond to the diverse requirements of sports infrastructure, combining different functions across multiple floors while offering flexibility, efficient construction, and long-term usability.

We’re proud to contribute to the development of SV Darmstadt 98’s NLZ, providing the spaces that support young athletes and the professionals guiding their progress.

Built for the people behind tomorrow’s game.
